Such ethical conduct will help us maintain our market leadership, reputation and the terminal’s sustainability to be faithful to our vital role in foreign trade.
To uphold and protect the high standards of integrity and transparency in business we have set for ourselves, we have a Whistleblower Channel for stakeholders to make safe, confidential and anonymous reports or complaints of irregularities, violations or breaches of internal rules or the principles and values in our Code of Ethics.
This channel is available to the company's employees, executives or directors as well as to third parties (customers, contractors, suppliers, and/or shareholders).
