Training of terminal personnel is fundamental, since it not only allows for professional development, but also improves the quality of life of the workers and their families. 

As part of the code qualification process (a specialty training program at the terminal), classes are conducted by trained and certified internal personnel. As of 2023, technical competencies will be certified through the Chile Valora Program.

We are currently working with eight unions that cover the entire workforce. In 2022 we closed collective bargaining processes with all eight unions and have an ongoing work plan based on dialogue and mutual collaboration.

We support our port family in managing the various types of benefits (educational, health, recreational and social) that facilitate and improve the quality of their work and personal lives.

The company, together with the ATI Sports Club, also offers a Quality of Life Program that promotes healthy lifestyles for employees and their families.
