Safety is our most important value. That is why we take care of our workers through various actions to protect their health and physical and mental integrity.
The strategic plan designed to address all safety issues at ATI is called +Safety. Its sole purpose is self-care and accident-free operations.
In 2021, ATI's leadership team embarked on a journey to shift its organizational culture towards proactive safety management, capable of anticipating and effectively controlling risks.
One of our main focal points is High Potential Incidents or HPIs. To this end, at ATI we have focused on analyzing HPIs and applying corrective measures to eliminate the risk of them occurring.
These 12 rules emerged from the most recurrent and high potential accidents occurring at ATI in recent years.
They address risks such as suspended loads, human-machine interaction, working at heights and with energized equipment, among others.
